VideoAmp seeks a senior Account Lead to drive adoption and usage across digital platform partnerships. The role involves client engagement, communication, and execution to ensure clients actively use VideoAmp products and see measurable value. Responsibilities include serving as the strategic contact for partners, owning adoption across accounts, identifying usage gaps, supporting sales expansion, leading client communication, translating client needs internally, and building stakeholder relationships. Requirements include 7+ years in digital media, ad tech, or platform partnerships with focus on account management or customer success, experience with platforms like Snap, Meta, Pinterest, or Yahoo, understanding of measurement and programmatic ecosystems, ability to translate technical capabilities to business value, cross-functional collaboration skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Compensation includes base salary $120,000–$143,000 plus 30% commission target, equity, flexible PTO, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with matching, paid parental leave, and perks like cell phone and wifi reimbursement. The position is full-time, hybrid in New York City, NY.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for digital platform partners, translating VideoAmp's capabilities into clear, actionable value aligned to their workflows and KPIs
- Own adoption and usage across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients are actively leveraging VideoAmp's products and seeing measurable value
- Maintain forward momentum within accounts by identifying gaps in usage and proactively driving solutions to increase engagement
- Partner closely with Sales to support expansion efforts, ensuring clients are positioned to scale through strong adoption and clear value delivery
- Lead client communication, including updates, education, and performance narratives tied to client goals
- Translate client needs into clear internal actions, aligning Product, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver effectively
- Build relationships across complex stakeholder environments — including MarSci, sales, product, and executive teams — to ensure alignment and progress
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or platform partnerships, with a focus on account management, customer success, or client growth
- Proven ability to drive product adoption and client engagement within enterprise accounts
- Experience working with or within digital platforms such as Snap Inc., Meta Platforms, Pinterest, or Yahoo
- Strong understanding of measurement, attribution, and performance storytelling across digital environments
- Familiarity with programmatic ecosystems and ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs), with the ability to navigate technical conversations with clients
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for clients
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Data teams
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build and present client-facing materials independently
- Proven track record of managing client relationships with measurable outcomes
