VideoAmp seeks a senior Account Lead with 8+ years in Account Management or Client Services in AdTech or digital advertising. The role involves managing post-sale client relationships in the independent agency space, driving performance, value, and retention. Responsibilities include managing client performance, fostering consultative relationships, understanding KPIs, solving client challenges, providing thought leadership, and collaborating with Sales, AdOps, and Product teams. Required skills include strong knowledge of programmatic media buying, ad operations workflows, and experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, or JIRA. Compensation includes a base salary of $114,000 – $125,000, 30% targeted commission, equity participation, flexible PTO, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with matching, paid parental leave, and other perks. The position is hybrid or remote within the USA, located in New York, NY.
