Teads is seeking a mid-level Account Executive for full-time hybrid work based in Chicago. The role focuses on expanding commercial growth and revenue across Independent agencies and brand-direct accounts by managing the full commercial lifecycle. Responsibilities include identifying revenue opportunities, building relationships across agency structures, educating clients on Teads' CTV, OLV, display, and programmatic offerings, aligning product solutions with client needs, collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns, maintaining CRM sales pipeline accuracy, and analyzing campaign inputs to optimize growth and renewals. Candidates should have 3-5 years of digital media sales experience with a strong network in Independent agencies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach in a fast-evolving adtech environment.
