Teads is hiring an Account Executive in Chicago to drive growth across Independent agencies and brand-direct accounts. The role involves managing the full commercial lifecycle, building relationships with agency trading desks and leadership, and promoting Teads' omnichannel advertising solutions including CTV, online video, digital display, and programmatic. Candidates should have 3-5 years of digital media sales experience, a strong network within Independent agencies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach. Responsibilities include identifying revenue opportunities, educating clients, aligning product solutions to client needs, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining sales pipeline accuracy, and analyzing campaign performance. The position offers a hybrid work model, a salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 including on target earnings, and benefits such as mentorship, global exposure, and a supportive culture.
