Full job description
Account Executive, Strategic Partnerships role supporting the Strategic Partnership team to grow and manage relationships with 3rd party technology partners. Responsibilities include managing daily interactions with partners, aligning go-to-market materials, coordinating technical requirements, identifying business growth opportunities, supporting internal teams as a subject matter expert, increasing awareness of Magnite offerings, and creating training materials. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in AdTech, deep understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, OVPs, Exchanges, Networks, ad servers), strong communication and strategic thinking skills, and ability to convey complex technical requirements. Position is hybrid with remote work on Monday and Friday, in-office Tuesday through Thursday in Broomfield, Colorado. Salary range $73,000 – $83,000 plus annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day interactions with 3rd party technology partners
- Drive partnership success by aligning on joint go-to-market materials and coordinate technical requirements
- Identify key areas for business growth and implement actionable development plans designed to meet and exceed annual revenue targets
- Support internal teams to help foster partner growth and revenue by being a subject matter expert
- Increase the awareness of Magnite offerings in partner companies
- Create training materials for partner launches and coordinate internal trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training (4+ years of experience in AdTech)
- Deep understanding of the Ad Tech Ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, OVPs, Exchanges, Networks, ad servers, etc.)
- Proven ability to engage and partner with paid-media decision makers and their agencies
- Excellent communicator—both written and verbal—who can partner cross-functionally and work effectively with colleagues, leaders, and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills and comfortable speaking technology in a group setting
- Ability to convey complex technical requirements and ideas to both technical and commercially focused people internally and externally
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products, services, and deal structures
- Creative thinking that can identify potential strategic alignment across multiple partner offerings
- Self-starter who initiates activity without waiting to be told what to do
