Nexxen seeks a Director of Programmatic Partnerships (Account Executive) to drive incremental spend from DSPs and their buyers through incentives, deals, open auction SPO, and other methods. The role involves uncovering new opportunities, structuring and closing deals, and expanding Nexxen’s footprint with DSP partners including Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, and Viant. This hybrid role is based in New York, Los Angeles, or Chicago offices, requiring three days in-office per week. Responsibilities include driving DSP revenue growth, hunting and closing new opportunities, structuring and negotiating deals, developing growth strategies, building relationships with DSP decision-makers, collaborating cross-functionally, advocating internally for partners, and tracking performance. Requirements include 6+ years in programmatic advertising with revenue-driving experience at DSPs or SSPs, proven deal-closing and revenue growth track record, deep understanding of CTV, PMPs, open auction, SPO, strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, and an analytical mindset. Salary range in New York is $130,000 - $160,000 annual base with potential incentives.
