The Account Executive Revenue role at SpringServe Asia supports the Publisher Account team by managing technical workflows, providing operational support, monitoring performance, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include account setup, documentation, cross-team coordination, data reporting, client support, and onboarding management. The role requires proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, strong multitasking and project management skills, and a bachelor's degree. Experience in digital advertising and programmatic monetization is preferred. The position is full-time with a hybrid work schedule based in Singapore.

What you'll do

  • Act as the primary operational support for the Account Management team, managing publisher account settings and inventory structures
  • Focus on day-to-day operational and technical aspects of publisher monetization
  • Execute account setups, tag generation, and seat mapping, ensuring internal systems are properly configured
  • Maintain internal documentation and account health trackers for real-time visibility into integration statuses and delivery blockers
  • Facilitate internal tickets and act as a bridge between Account Management, Technical Operations, Marketing, and Demand teams
  • Conduct daily monitoring across OTT/CTV/Video supply, flagging anomalies in revenue, fill rates, or bid density
  • Perform initial technical troubleshooting for integration issues such as VAST/VPAID errors, timeout issues, or header bidding discrepancies
  • Audit ad delivery and measurement to ensure compliance with publisher specifications and industry standards
  • Generate and refine recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for client presentations
  • Manage ad-hoc data requests from clients or internal stakeholders
  • Analyze reports to identify performance trends and anomalies
  • Assist Account Management in client communications, providing technical updates and operational clarity
  • Provide direct operational assistance to clients for routine tasks such as reporting access, UI walkthroughs, and basic troubleshooting
  • Oversee onboarding checklist for new publishers, ensuring smooth transition from Sales to Live Production
  • Self-educate on Magnite products and new releases, test beta features, and synthesize release notes
  • Continuously evolve monetization tactics in response to industry standards, privacy regulations, and algorithm changes
  • Act as a subject matter expert translating complex product evolutions into operational advantages
  • Commit to ongoing certification and hands-on experimentation to match service delivery pace
