Full job description

Criteo is hiring an Account Executive New Business for Spain to drive revenue growth in the Iberian market by acquiring and developing new clients in mid-sized and large segments. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, building executive relationships with senior decision-makers, exceeding sales targets, leveraging data and market insights for consultative selling, and collaborating with internal teams for client success. Requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 4 years experience in AdTech, Martech or digital media sales, fluency in Spanish and English, strong consultative selling skills, Salesforce expertise preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills. What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Build executive relationships with CMOs, Heads of programmatic, and Media Directors
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts
  • Use data, market trends, and performance analytics to drive consultative conversations
  • Partner with internal teams—marketing, analytics, technical solutions, and account management—for onboarding and long-term success
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts in AI and privacy to help clients future-proof their advertising strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience preferably in AdTech, Martech or digital media sales
  • Proven record of exceeding sales goals
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
  • Strong command of consultative solution selling and complex, multi-product negotiations
  • Skilled in CRM and pipeline management (Salesforce expertise preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable building ROAS media plans and leveraging data in client conversations
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
