Full job description

Vistar Media, part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, seeks a proactive Account Executive for its UK team to support omnichannel DSPs using the Vistar SSP across EMEA. Responsibilities include campaign setup and monitoring, troubleshooting delivery and technical issues, monitoring revenue and spend, identifying growth opportunities, and managing communications with agency partners and DSP traders. Candidates should have 0-2 years experience, preferably with ad-tech platforms, strong critical thinking, communication skills, and a proactive work ethic. What you'll do

  • Act as the day to day support contact for omnichannel DSPs utilising the Vistar SSP across EMEA
  • Assist in responding to client briefs with data-driven recommendations
  • Hands-on management of campaign setups and monitoring
  • Identify and resolve delivery issues, creative rejection hurdles, or technical glitches within the bid stream
  • Monitor daily revenue and spend patterns across the EMEA region
  • Proactively identify under-pacing campaigns and work with the DSP partners to scale spend
  • Track regional performance to support the Director, Supply UK identify growth opportunities for key DSPs
  • Manage general day-to-day communications with agency partners and DSP traders
  • Maintain internal tracking docs to ensure the sales team is always up to speed on account health

Requirements
