Full job description

Teads is seeking a senior Account Executive with 5+ years of experience selling media to media agencies, a strong network in the Mexican media agency landscape, and knowledge of online video solutions. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, delivering sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model based in Mexico City. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English, with native Spanish preferred.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and agencies
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Provide a strong consulting dimension and a high-quality service
  • Propose relevant media recommendations adapted to clients' needs
  • Work in close collaboration with internal areas of expertise (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform)
  • Ensure sales targets are met

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in selling media to media agencies
  • Strong network within the Mexican media agency landscape
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Native Spanish speaker is preferred
  • Knowledge of online (video) solutions
