Full job description

Account Executive role focused on programmatic sales targeting holding companies and major agency groups. Responsibilities include aligning with agency and client programmatic teams, achieving revenue goals, building client relationships, becoming an expert on Equativ's platform, providing consultative services, and training clients on product updates. Requires 3+ years in programmatic, 2+ years client-facing experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a startup environment. Salary range USD 125,000 - 130,000 base per year. Location: New York City.

What you'll do

  • Strategically align with Agency Trading Desks, Independent Trading Desks, DSPs, and Client Direct Programmatic teams
  • Define, achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and operational key results
  • Establish robust relationships with decision makers and key trading team members
  • Become an expert on the use and best practices of Equativ
  • Provide consultative services and recommendations to clients to improve campaigns
  • Provide continual training and product updates to clients as new features are added

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in the programmatic space
  • 2+ years experience in a client-facing role
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic landscape
  • Background in a trading function is ideal
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forming strong client relationships
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working in a growing and changing startup environment
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven academic and/or professional achievement
