Full job description

RTB House seeks a senior Account Manager for its Milan office (hybrid). The role involves managing and growing strategic client accounts, strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, conducting campaign analysis, building tailored strategies, collaborating with sales and technical teams, monitoring KPIs, and managing campaign orders and payments. Candidates should have 8+ years in digital advertising, preferably in AdTech/DSPs/agencies, strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel and PowerPoint, proven client management and commercial skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, a consultative mindset, and fluency in Italian and English. A bachelor's degree is required.
