Full job description
Account Coordinator, Reseller LATAM role responsible for educating, training, advising, and supporting reseller team on Criteo products. Ensure operational excellence and campaign performance by collaborating with Account Strategist. Assist reseller team with troubleshooting, ticket management, and ongoing support. Monitor client performance and keep resellers informed on products and best practices. Requires 1 year customer service experience, fluent Spanish and English, strong communication and teamwork skills. Hybrid work model based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. What you'll do
- Educate, train, advise, and support reseller team on Criteo products
- Ensure operational excellence and strong campaign performance by working closely with the Account Strategist
- Empower partners to represent Criteo in other markets with the same quality as a direct team
- Assist and support reseller team in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues and challenges
- Respond to tickets submitted by reseller team and create tickets for internal teams, escalating issues internally when needed
- Participate in Office Hours to address questions and provide ongoing support
- Support monitoring of top client performance, progress, and overall development alongside reseller team
- Ensure resellers are consistently informed and up to date on Criteo products and best practices

- 1 year of experience working in customer service
- Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and structured way with different stakeholders (internal teams and clients). Capable of simplifying complex information, aligning expectations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication, especially when managing multiple accounts
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse profiles and teams, ensuring alignment and efficient execution
