Full job description

Account Coordinator role supporting operational management of strategic agencies in Brazil. Responsibilities include campaign setup, tracking, creative implementation, optimizations, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and client communication. Requires fluency in Portuguese and English, strong organizational and analytical skills, basic Excel proficiency, and preferably experience in digital advertising or ad-tech. What you'll do

  • Support operational management of a portfolio of strategic agencies in the Brazilian market
  • Ensure execution and monitoring of all campaign-related operational activities including setup, tracking, creative implementation, optimizations, and performance monitoring
  • Closely monitor campaign performance and recommend strategic optimizations
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Act as liaison between agencies and internal teams coordinating requests and follow-ups
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting of operational and performance-related issues
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in client-facing communications including meetings, performance reviews, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong execution skills, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and quick learner
  • Basic proficiency in Excel including simple formulas, data organization, and basic data analysis
  • Previous experience in digital advertising, online media, ad-tech, or campaign management is a plus
