Full job description
Account Coordinator role at MiQ focused on client service, campaign management, administrative support, communication, technical support, product and industry knowledge, and insight delivery. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring campaign operations run smoothly, QA and setup of campaigns, monitoring performance, reporting, CRM management, troubleshooting tracking pixels, and delivering actionable insights. Requires 1-2 years experience in advertising/media agency or similar, preferably with client-facing programmatic advertising experience. Hybrid work environment based in Manila, Philippines. What you'll do
- Deliver consistent, reliable, and friendly service for all clients
- Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless
- Resolve or escalate client issues quickly
- Maintain regular communication with accounts and support meetings, business reviews, and reporting
- Develop knowledge of industry trends and their impact
- QA of pre-campaign documents
- Project manage build of creative assets and campaign setup
- Manage creative tag trafficking
- Request and deliver screengrabs
- Ensure client reporting is set up
- Monitor pacing and performance of campaigns
- Request campaign upweights where appropriate
- Manage and deliver post campaign reporting and insights
- Manage re-booking of BAU activity
- CRM (Salesforce) IO management and understanding of sales pipeline
- Reconciliation of bookings
- Support investigation and resolution of invoice queries
- Frequent internal and external communication via email and video call
- Track and communicate campaign issues and opportunities
- Ad-hoc communication with third party providers
- Implementation and troubleshooting of tracking pixels
- Knowledge and use of Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium)
- Troubleshoot campaign issues with support aiming for independence
- Understand MiQ’s product suite including activation requirements and USPs
- Research industry trends and their impact on MiQ and clients
- Connect multiple data points to deliver insight-driven recommendations
- Recognize patterns and points of differentiation to deliver actionable insights
Requirements
- 1-2 years in an advertising/media agency or similar
- Experience working in a team environment
- Client facing experience in programmatic advertising preferred (Client Services, Sales Support, Ad-Ops background)
- Can-do attitude with desire to grow
