Full job description

Account Coordinator role supporting Criteo Performance Media’s largest clients alongside the Account Strategist. Responsibilities include day-to-day campaign management, performance tracking, client communication, troubleshooting, and optimization. Requires fluency in Portuguese, strong English communication, analytical skills, organization, ownership, proactivity, and basic Excel knowledge. Previous digital media experience is a plus. What you'll do

  • Support Criteo Performance Media’s largest clients in partnership with the Account Strategist
  • Own day-to-day campaign management, including setup, monitoring, and continuous optimization
  • Track performance metrics and proactively optimize campaigns (budget, targeting, creatives, tactics) to achieve client goals
  • Lead first-level client responses for reporting, insights, and short-term optimizations
  • Participate in client communications, including weekly calls and QBRs
  • Troubleshoot technical and performance issues, ensuring smooth campaign delivery
  • Develop a strong understanding of Criteo’s products, solutions, and technical ecosystem to build solutions for the clients
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights and inform recommendations
  • Anticipate seasonality trends and proactively act on risks and opportunities
  • Manage internal workflows and coordinate with support teams (AX, TS, CS, CCS, Product) to resolve issues and execute tasks
  • Identify growth opportunities, including new solutions and stakeholder expansion

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese and strong communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical mindset, with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a structured way of working
  • High ownership mindset: takes responsibility and follows through until completion
  • Proactive and autonomous: identifies problems and brings solutions without waiting for direction
  • Strong executor: able to prioritize, move fast, and deliver with quality

  • Clear and structured communicator, able to engage different stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Curious and fast learner, interested in understanding both the “how” and the “why”
  • Previous experience in digital media is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, data organization, simple analysis)
