Verve is hiring an Office Manager responsible for office operations, facilities maintenance, front desk duties, mail handling, event planning, and administrative support. The role requires managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors and building management, ensuring health and safety compliance, greeting guests, managing visitor access, supporting onboarding/offboarding, travel coordination, invoice processing, and maintaining office procedures. Candidates must have experience in office management or similar roles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently under pressure, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Experience in project management, travel coordination, or event management is a plus. The position is full-time, hybrid (NYC office), with a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 USD.
What you'll do
Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, and beverages, keeping the pantry and fridge stocked at all times
Maintain overall office condition and submit work orders and maintenance requests to the building or third-party vendors as needed (HVAC, coffee/water machines, etc.)

Requirements
Must be able to come into the office 5 days a week during business hours
Experience in office management, front office operations, or a similar administrative role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable interfacing with employees at all levels, vendors, and visitors
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and independently
High attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the big picture
Proactive, self-directed mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Collaborative team player with a professional and welcoming demeanor
