Full job description
Working Student (Werkstudent) HR Operations role supporting HR Operations team in Germany. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR records in HiBob, preparing employment documents, assisting payroll input for German payroll, tracking key HR dates, communicating with external partners, and supporting HR projects. Requirements: enrolled student in relevant field, 16-20 hours/week availability, interest in HR and German labor law, proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, fluent German and English, organized and discreet. What you'll do
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing welcome documents and exit paperwork
- Maintain and update staff records in HR system (HiBob) and digital personnel file
