Full job description

RTB House is seeking a mid-level team coordinator to assign tasks via ticketing systems, create and document procedures, supervise creative team members, and ensure timely task completion. Requires minimum 1 year team experience, strong Polish and English (B2+), excellent organization, multitasking, problem-solving skills. Knowledge of technical aspects of online campaigns, ticketing systems, and Photoshop is a plus. Role offers hybrid or fully remote work from Poland or Warsaw office. Contract type: umowa zlecenie or B2B.

What you'll do

  • Assigning tasks using ticketing system and internal tools
  • Creating and documenting procedures
  • Supervising the work of creative team members and establishing effective workflow between teams
  • Ensuring timely task completion

Requirements

  • Experience working with a team (minimum about 1 year)
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English (minimum B2 level) - mandatory
  • Excellent self-organization, ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attentiveness and quickness in action
  • Ability to identify potential problems and find effective solutions
