Full job description

RTB House is seeking a mid-level Technical Support team member to evolve internal tools, analyze and improve systems, translate business needs into technical specifications, maintain documentation, organize training, and provide operational support. The role requires fluency in English and Polish, strong communication skills, independence, and an analytical mindset. The position is full-time and fully remote, based in Poland. What you'll do

  • Shape the evolution of internal panels and tools used daily by global business units
  • Analyze current tools and systems to identify friction points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
  • Translate internal business needs into clear specifications and coordinate implementation with technical teams
  • Prepare and distribute internal updates and announcements about new system functionalities
  • Revise, maintain, and update internal technical documentation, system wiki articles, and training materials
  • Organize and deploy training cycles for internal newcomers and global technical teams
  • Coordinate tasks in the HQ Tech Support queue, provide daily operational support, and validate new functionalities from a user perspective

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional ability to explain complex technological topics and system behaviors clearly
  • High level of independence, proactivity, and capability to drive tasks forward without micromanagement
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand user perspective while keeping strategic goals in mind
