Lead enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud transformation programs for global brands. Own strategy, execution, and success of multi-workstream initiatives. Manage program roadmaps, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Coordinate workstreams across architecture, engineering, data, analytics, and customer experience teams. Lead programs involving Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, and AI-driven customer experiences. Require 5+ years in program or technical program management, digital transformation, or consulting with experience managing complex enterprise programs and Agile methodologies. Preferred experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and relevant certifications.
