Full job description
Manage technical programs aligned with business and product needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior staff to ensure successful project execution. Lead delivery across multiple teams or platform areas. Partner with Product and Engineering leads to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include planning, risk management, resource forecasting, and quality monitoring. Support agile and SDLC practices, maintain Jira boards, and coach teams. Requires deep understanding of Agile delivery models, cross-team dependency management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills. Must have 5-7 years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. On-site in Reston, Virginia. Salary range $113,249.77 - $169,874.65.

Requirements
Deep understanding of Agile delivery models and metrics (velocity, cycle time)
Strong grasp of cross-team dependency management
Knowledge of platform or domain-specific delivery challenges
Advanced facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Data-driven decision-making and reporting
Coaching and mentoring junior team members
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
5-7 years relevant work experience
