Full job description
Manage technical programs focusing on aligning project milestones with product and business requirements. Collaborate with senior staff and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Own delivery for one or more teams within a platform area. Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, and coach teams on SDLC best practices. Lead quarterly planning sessions and balance capacity across new work, tech debt, and stability. Identify and resolve systemic delivery issues. Mentor junior team members. Communicate delivery status and risks to leadership. Requires working knowledge of Agile frameworks, backlog management, estimation techniques, and effective use of Jira and Confluence. Must have 2-5 years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Position is full-time, hybrid, located in Reston, Virginia. Salary range $95,974.38 - $143,961.57.
