StackAdapt is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Engineering & Product to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles remotely in Canada. Responsibilities include leading intake, job posting, interviewing, negotiation, and closing; proactive sourcing using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter; partnering with hiring managers; managing candidate pipelines in Greenhouse; improving recruitment processes; and advocating for inclusive hiring. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience in mid-to-senior level recruitment, strong sourcing skills, ability to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving skills, ownership, and a focus on continuous improvement. Salary range is $76,000 to $95,000 CAD base.
