Full job description
Zeta Global is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to support rapid growth. The role involves partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, conducting resume reviews and phone screens, scheduling interviews, maintaining ATS records (Greenhouse), assisting with recruiting projects, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Requires 1-3 years recruiting experience, 1+ years ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred), strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Salary range $75,000 - $85,000. Role may be hybrid or remote depending on location.
What you'll do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels
- Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit
