Full job description

Seeking an SVP, Solutions - Data and Technology to lead strategic collaboration between Global Data & Technology and media teams at Dentsu. Role involves showcasing dentsu.Connect platform, AI features, and data capabilities to solve media and marketing challenges. Responsibilities include leading client pitch collaborations, platform demos, developing tailored responses, applying data and AI knowledge, driving innovation, and cross-functional leadership. Requires 15+ years in media, advertising, or marketing technology with senior leadership experience, strong media strategy and data expertise, client pitch skills, analytical mindset, leadership, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Position offers $163,000-$230,000 base salary plus discretionary incentives and benefits. Hybrid work model with expectation to work onsite three days per week in Chicago or other hub offices.

What you'll do

  • Act as liaison between Global Data & Technology and media pitch teams
  • Lead collaboration on solutions aligned with client briefs showcasing dentsu.Connect platform and AI features
  • Lead tailored platform and data demos across media workflows
  • Educate media teams on platform and data benefits
  • Develop and guide tailored written and presentation responses for client pitches
  • Apply knowledge of data, identity, and AI capabilities to enable audience understanding and targeting
  • Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Partner with pitch teams to craft data-driven narratives illustrating platform impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, commercial, legal, data science, engineering, and account teams
  • Collect and analyze pitch and client feedback to optimize solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years in media, advertising and/or marketing technology or related field
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in media strategy with strong understanding of data and identity frameworks
  • Experience in audience segmentation, media planning, and performance measurement
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating on client pitches and distilling complex data and technology solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience building and leading high-performance teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred
