Full job description
RTB House is seeking a Staff ML Researcher to lead and execute high-impact machine learning research projects. The role involves solving complex problems, designing and implementing deep neural network models, conducting A/B tests, and mentoring team members. Candidates should have 5+ years of research or engineering experience, 2+ years in machine learning or data science, strong programming skills, and solid mathematical knowledge. Experience with Python, Java, Scala, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, TPU, JAX, Jupyter Notebooks, BigQuery, and GCP is required. What you'll do
- Identify, define, and drive research projects with company-wide scope and direct impact on core metrics
- Design and implement models, mostly deep neural networks, to predict behavior and preferences of Internet users
