Full job description

Kargo is hiring a founding senior engineer for a Data Platform team to build a unified platform for advertisers to run campaigns across CTV, web, mobile apps, and social self-serve. The role involves building a data control plane for governance, paved roads for data products with libraries and CI/CD, enforcement layers for data standards, and observability for data products. The engineer will set technical direction and grow the team. Requirements include experience building production Python services, metadata-driven platforms, observability tools, strong AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes skills, and preferred experience with streaming, Spark, Iceberg, Snowflake, ad tech, and AI tooling. The position is full-time and remote within the EU.
