Full job description

Staff Accountant role supporting monthly general ledger cycles, ensuring ledger integrity, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities include data extraction and analysis for journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close tasks, variance explanations, workflow documentation, collaboration with accounting and finance teams, audit support, and ad-hoc accounting projects. Requires bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, knowledge of accounting procedures and GL functions, 0-2 years experience in account reconciliations and month-end close or public accounting, understanding of GAAP and internal controls, advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a hybrid, team-oriented environment. Experience with Oracle Fusion and AI tools is a plus.
