Design and deliver AI-enabled product capabilities integrating agentic workflows, intelligent automation, and decision support. Lead complex technical initiatives, establish reusable engineering patterns, and drive AI adoption across products. Guide architectural decisions on AI capabilities, agent frameworks, model integration, and evaluation. Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on AI development and software engineering. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and integrate software solutions. Manage documentation and track software performance metrics. Partner with QA to ensure software reliability. Participate in peer programming and design sprints. Must be able to work nights and weekends as necessary. Requires 5+ years software engineering experience with AI applications, strong Python skills, experience with production AI/LLM/agent systems, cloud-native and distributed systems knowledge, and ability to lead technical initiatives independently. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Salary range $141,850.78 - $212,776.16.
