Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing stock administration team
Oversee all aspects of the ESPP lifecycle, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows

Perform ad-hoc projects and initiatives in support of the Stock Administration team
Lead the optimization and integration of Equity Edge Online (EEO) and related systems to improve automation, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
Review the preparation and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of equity information
Assist the Director, Stock Administration as needed
Requirements
10+ years of progressive stock administration experience, including global equity plan administration for publicly traded companies
Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing stock administration professionals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Deep expertise in administering complex global ESPP programs, including tax and regulatory considerations
Work well in a high-pressure, high-volume environment and able to juggle multiple assignments, concurrent deadlines and changing priorities
Clear communicator who can partner effectively across teams
Hands-on experience with Equity Edge Online
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
CEP designation preferred
Working knowledge of U.S. federal, state and global taxation of equity compensation requirements
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
High attention to detail and ability to manage complex, high-volume workflows
Excellent project management and process improvement skills
