Pacvue is seeking a Director, Global Payroll to lead payroll and HRIS operations with a focus on US payroll management including bi-weekly payroll, off-cycle runs, and incentive payrolls. The role requires expertise in US payroll tax compliance, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with large datasets. Responsibilities include managing payroll operations, maintaining compliance across US and international jurisdictions, partnering with Benefits and Finance teams, processing tax filings, and leading HRIS data integrity and reporting. Candidates must have 12+ years of experience with senior leadership responsibility, strategic planning skills, financial and operational management capabilities, and executive presentation skills. Benefits include flexible PTO, paid holidays, medical and dental insurance, 401k with match, paid parental leave, and company-subsidized memberships. Salary range is $130,000-160,000 USD plus bonus. This is a remote position based in the US.

Requirements
12+ years of experience, including senior leadership responsibility
Proven ability to lead a major function or department
