Full job description

Lead data transformation programs and provide architecture, platform, tooling, and AI guidance for clients. Manage accounts with $5M-$10M targets and program budgets over $3M. Develop program, data, and AI strategies and roadmaps. Lead cross-functional teams of 15-30 professionals across disciplines. Build and maintain client relationships, facilitate communications, and navigate complex global client structures. Oversee program execution, quality, deadlines, risk management, and contingency planning. Requires 15+ years IT experience in data, cloud, analytics, and AI, experience with Fortune 500 clients, executive presentations, and managing large Data/AI transformation programs. Proficient in project management tools and familiar with marketing technology stacks including CRM, marketing automation, data management, and eCommerce tools. Hybrid work model with remote flexibility and some in-office days for employees near HQ or hub offices.

What you'll do

  • Enable thought leadership discussions at key points within client's data, AI and Agentic journey
  • Build and bring forward the right stories needed to take to the right stakeholders
  • Hold a target of $5M - $10M
  • Develop comprehensive program, data and AI strategies and roadmaps as needed for clients
  • Lead cross-functional planning sessions with creative, strategy, data analytics, technology, and media teams to ensure integrated program delivery
  • Be the primary contact for assigned client stakeholders, building trust and maintaining strategic relationships across multiple markets
  • Facilitate regular client communications, including client stakeholder presentations, program reviews, and weekly status sessions
  • Help the working team navigate complex client organizational structures and cultural considerations for global programs
  • Lead matrixed teams of 15-30 professionals across multiple disciplines
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners, including vendors, production companies, and technology providers
  • Manage program budgets from $3M+, including forecasting, tracking, and optimization recommendations
  • Oversee program execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines across all workstreams
  • Implement risk management strategies and contingency planning for complex, multi-phase programs

Requirements

  • 15+ years of IT experience with background on enabling growth on accounts in the data, cloud, analytics and AI space
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and global brands
  • Experience presenting to executives
  • Experience overseeing and ensuring delivery of large Data / AI Transformation programs
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar)
  • Familiarity with marketing technology stack including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management and eCommerce tools
  • Experience managing large, diverse teams in matrixed environments
