Full job description

Looking for a Retail Media & Ad Monetization Specialist to manage and optimize retail media campaigns, execute real-time optimization, develop search keyword campaigns, monitor performance, collaborate with finance for invoicing, maintain client relationships, prepare performance reports, work with sales and marketing teams, stay updated on industry trends, and troubleshoot campaign issues. Requires minimum 3 years experience in ad monetization or digital advertising, strong understanding of search keyword campaigns, experience in performance analysis and reporting, ability to manage multiple campaigns, strong client management and communication skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to optimize campaigns in real time.

What you'll do

  • Manage and optimize retail media and advertising campaigns to maximize revenue and performance
  • Execute real-time campaign optimization using analytics, insights, and performance data
  • Develop and manage search keyword campaigns, including keyword research, selection, and optimization
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance to ensure KPIs and business objectives are achieved
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage invoicing, payments, and booking orders accurately
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for campaign-related activities
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within retail media and digital advertising
  • Proactively troubleshoot campaign issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ad monetization, retail media, or digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of search keyword campaigns and optimization strategies
  • Experience with campaign performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong client/account management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and marketing
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and optimize campaigns in real time to achieve performance goals
