Full job description

Talent Acquisition Specialist (3-Month Contract) based in Manila. Responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for Sales and Customer Success roles globally. Build and maintain talent pipelines, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, use sourcing channels like LinkedIn and job boards, engage and screen candidates, maintain ATS data, and track sourcing activity. Requires experience in talent sourcing/recruiting for commercial roles, familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems, strong English communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Hybrid work model with option to work abroad up to 30 days annually.

What you'll do

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for Sales and Customer Success roles across global markets
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target candidate profiles
  • Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market mapping
  • Engage candidates through outreach, clearly communicating the role and company value proposition
  • Screen candidates for qualifications and alignment before handing off to recruiters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS
  • Track sourcing activity and share pipeline insights with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with focus on commercial roles such as Sales or Customer Success
  • Proven ability to build pipelines across global markets (US and/or EMEA experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
  • Experience working with ATS systems and managing candidate pipelines
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in parallel
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with global teams
  • Nice to have: Experience sourcing for SaaS or technology companies
  • Nice to have: Exposure to hiring across multiple regions or time zones
  • Nice to have: Experience working in contract or project-based recruitment roles
