The Solution Architect role involves client-facing consulting to design secure, scalable solutions on Zeta's platforms. Responsibilities include leading client workshops, scoping and estimating work, owning end-to-end solution design across marketing automation, loyalty, marketing cloud/CDP, identity, data, APIs, orchestration, and measurement. The role requires consulting on web and digital experiences, site tagging, producing technical artefacts, managing trade-offs, supporting project timelines, building and testing solutions, and collaborating with product and sales teams. Candidates should have 4+ years experience in solution architecture, consulting, integration, or SaaS delivery, strong client-facing and problem-solving skills, technical foundation in data, APIs, and web technologies, experience with marketing technology platforms, site tagging tools, SQL databases, scripting in Python, and familiarity with AI/LLM tools. Relevant technical or business qualifications or certifications are required.
