Senior Machine Learning Engineer role focused on operationalizing ML models by turning prototypes into scalable production systems. Responsibilities include designing and building marketing platforms, developing big data solutions, improving model quality, building evaluation workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and sharing ownership of production systems. Requires 5+ years of experience deploying ML models in production, strong Python and SQL skills, applied ML fundamentals, experience with real-time data pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and large-scale ML systems such as Kedro, AutoGluon, PyTorch, Polars, BigQuery/GCP, Airflow/SQLMesh, and Databricks. Experience in ad tech, growth analytics, personalization, or performance marketing is required. Reinforcement learning experience is a plus. This is a remote full-time senior data science position.
