Full job description

Looking for a mid-level Salesforce Data Cloud expert with hands-on experience in implementation and administration. Must have strong knowledge of Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Unified Profiles, Calculated Insights, Audience Segmentation, and Activation Targets. Experience with AI-driven segmentation, propensity modeling, Next Best Action use cases, and predictive audiences for churn, cross-sell, upsell, and customer lifetime value is required. Must be proficient in SQL and understand customer data architecture and Customer 360 concepts. Experience with APIs, ETL, data integrations, data validation, troubleshooting, and governance is needed. Knowledge of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel engagement across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and Paid Media is essential. Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce AI Associate. Responsibilities include building identity resolution frameworks, creating actionable audiences, and activating customer data to drive personalization and business outcomes.
