Full job description

StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across APAC, focusing on strategic hiring up to Director level. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing recruitment data and reporting, improving hiring processes, and advocating for diversity and inclusion. Candidates must have experience with ATS (preferably Greenhouse), managing multiple requisitions, stakeholder management, and working in global teams. The position is remote-first, based in Singapore or Japan.

What you'll do

  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and closing positions up to Director level
  • Source high-caliber candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
  • Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to hiring teams
  • Identify and resolve issues in hiring processes by analyzing recruitment data
  • Implement process improvements and align APAC hiring to global practices
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process
  • Lead APAC hiring with ownership mentality and coordinate with teams in North America and EMEA

Requirements

  • Proven track record in executing end-to-end recruitment processes up to the Director level
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, including dynamics and best practices
  • Experience partnering with managers at all levels across various business units
  • Strong communication skills and desire to be a strategic partner
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges and find solutions for all stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising candidate experience
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse
  • Experience bringing process, scalability, and structure to recruiting
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting, capable of analyzing recruitment metrics
  • Experience working within a globally dispersed team
