StackAdapt seeks a Senior Staff People Technologist to own and manage the People Tech ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, performance management platforms, automation, AI workflows, and API integrations. The role partners with People & Culture teams and IT to optimize systems, implement automation, and maintain data integrity. Responsibilities include developing the People Technology roadmap, centralizing systems, reducing manual processes, and supporting technology needs across teams. Candidates must have experience administering HR technology systems, expertise in automation and API integration, strategic planning skills, and strong communication abilities. This is a remote full-time senior individual contributor role based in Canada. Salary range is $118,400 to $162,800 CAD.
