Full job description
StackAdapt seeks a Senior Staff People Technologist to lead the People Tech ecosystem, reporting to the Senior Manager, People Technology. This senior individual contributor role focuses on HR systems, automation, AI, and organizational enablement. Responsibilities include developing and executing the People Technology roadmap, centralizing and optimizing People Tech systems, designing AI-powered workflows, managing API integrations, and advising on new HR technologies. The role partners with People & Culture teams and IT to meet organizational needs. Candidates must have experience administering HRIS, ATS, and performance management platforms, expertise in automation and API integrations, strategic thinking skills, and strong collaboration abilities. The position is remote-first and open to candidates in Canada.

- Support development and execution of the end-to-end People Technology roadmap with technical expertise and prioritization
- Lead centralization and optimization of People Tech systems to identify efficiency gains and ensure scalable processes
