Full job description
FreeWheel, a Comcast company, seeks a Senior Technical Client Solutions Specialist for the Advertiser Suite programmatic technologies. The role involves being the primary client contact, working with Sales on pre-sales, implementation, scaling, and technical support. Responsibilities include understanding client programmatic requirements, delivering onboarding plans, configuring bidder and DSP software, troubleshooting, and coaching junior team members. Requires 5-8 years in technical customer-facing AdTech roles, strong knowledge of real-time bidding and programmatic advertising, proficiency in SQL, API management, SaaS configuration, and troubleshooting skills. Hybrid work schedule with 4 days onsite in New York and 1 day remote. Salary range $101,040.41 - $151,560.61. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
What you'll do
- Deeply understand strategic customers' programmatic and technical requirements and craft elegant technical solutions
