Full job description
Senior Solutions Engineer role in the Professional Services team supporting client onboarding, expanding solutions, and providing technical support for VideoAmp systems. Responsibilities include leading technical onboarding, API setup, data integration, client support, troubleshooting, collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teams, monitoring platform performance, and maintaining documentation. Requires 6+ years in a technical client-facing role, strong technical skills with databases, APIs, scripting, proficiency in SQL, troubleshooting experience, excellent communication, process improvement passion, and organizational skills. Location options: New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA. Hybrid or remote US work arrangement. Salary range $140,000 to $160,000 plus equity and benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), parental leave, and commuter perks.
