Full job description
Freestar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Prebid and header bidding. The role requires deep expertise in Prebid.js and Prebid Server, strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, and experience with Google Ad Manager and Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client-side monetization scripts, owning the header bidding wrapper architecture, and ensuring high performance and reliability of deployed solutions. Candidates must have 4+ years of JavaScript experience, knowledge of the auction lifecycle, and broad ad tech fluency. This is a remote, full-time position for US-based applicants only. Visa sponsorship is not available.
What you'll do
Write and ship production code daily, review peers' pull requests, and partner with other engineers to ensure code quality
Serve as a subject matter expert for Prebid.js and Prebid Server, including wrapper architecture, bid adapters, and modules
