StackAdapt is hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with large brand and agency clients in Hong Kong. The role involves acting as the primary client contact, collaborating on RFPs and proposals, providing client training, managing multiple projects to boost revenue, and driving up-sells of platform features. Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in programmatic advertising, expertise in DSPs and RTB, proficiency in English and Cantonese, knowledge of the Hong Kong market, and experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads. Responsibilities include campaign setup and management on the StackAdapt DSP, client onboarding, strategic reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. What you'll do

  • Act as primary contact for diverse client base across verticals
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors on RFP process, proposals, and presentations
  • Provide bespoke training to large-scale enterprise clients
  • Oversee multiple projects aimed at boosting revenue
  • Consultatively sell and grow client base to build long-term strategic partnerships
  • Drive up-sells of StackAdapt features and channels to existing customers
  • Utilise StackAdapt platform to develop innovative campaign strategies
  • Guide customers through platform onboarding and training workshops
  • Project manage customers through proof of concept in early engagement stages
  • Manage client campaigns by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, delivering strategic reporting, and optimising to meet KPIs
  • Complete in-depth client mapping and account planning
  • Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on StackAdapt DSP including third-party tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and analytics

Requirements

  • Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise; managing, optimising and reporting (DSP, Ad Network)
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Cantonese
  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market and trusted connections
  • Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads or DSP as a self-serve user
  • Broad knowledge of industry trends and thought leadership
  • Proven success managing client relationships and growing revenue within enterprise clients
  • Experience in RFP process, proposal creation, cross-functional collaboration, and client presentations
  • Skilled in up-selling to unlock new revenue streams
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally within the region
