The Senior Performance Specialist will develop measurement and optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance across channels and marketing objectives. The role involves advising Sales and Account Management teams on complex campaigns and working with high-profile accounts. Responsibilities include creating best practices, developing measurement frameworks, providing campaign management consultation, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with engineers and data scientists, and supporting product and marketing teams. Requires 5+ years of client-facing experience in ad-tech or digital marketing, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and programmatic knowledge. This is a remote-first full-time position open to candidates located anywhere in Canada.
