StackAdapt is hiring a Senior People Scientist to join the People & Culture team. The role involves using scientific methods to define, measure, and act on talent data, owning company-wide talent programs, and partnering with senior leadership. Responsibilities include designing and improving talent programs, building measurement frameworks, developing internal apps and dashboards with AI-assisted tools, collaborating with cross-functional partners, automating workflows, and managing people data ethics. Requirements include an advanced degree in a relevant quantitative field, expertise in experimental design and statistics, experience managing program cycles, proficiency with AI and low-code tools, strong communication skills, and knowledge of SQL and/or Python. This is a full-time remote role prioritizing candidates located in Canada. Salary range is $100,000 to $137,500 CAD.
