StackAdapt seeks a Senior People Data and Insights Analyst to transform messy workforce data into clear narratives that guide strategic decisions. Responsibilities include building and deploying predictive models, designing automated workflows and data products using dbt and Snowflake, collaborating with People leaders and technology owners to understand data needs, ensuring data governance and compliance, partnering with the enterprise data office to integrate People data into the data lake, developing dimensional data models including LLM and NLP models, and creating dashboards and reports to support strategic decision making. Candidates must have proven expertise in people analytics or workforce data science, strong communication and data storytelling skills, experience with production-grade data pipelines or databases (SQL, Python, dbt), prior experience working with HR/People teams, understanding of AI/ML applications in people analytics, and a collaborative, self-directed work style. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates located anywhere in Canada. Salary range is $114,000 to $164,000 CAD base.
