Senior Manager, Investor Relations role at Liftoff, a public AI-powered performance marketing platform. Responsibilities include managing quarterly earnings process, drafting earnings materials, maintaining IR infrastructure, synthesizing analyst estimates and investor feedback, conducting benchmarking analysis, tracking shareholder activity, preparing briefing materials, managing investor event logistics, and maintaining IR communications. Requires 8+ years experience in investor relations, equity research, FP&A, corporate finance or related field; strong financial and analytical skills; excellent communication; highly organized; strong stakeholder management; discretion with confidential information. Preferred location within Pacific Time Zone (CA, NV, OR, WA). Remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and New York City. Compensation includes base salary ($130,000-$195,000+bonus depending on location), equity, and health/vision/dental benefits.

Draft and refine earnings materials — press releases, earnings decks, Q&A prep documents, and CEO/CFO scripts — in partnership with the VP, Investor Relations

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 8+ years of related experience (or a Master's degree with 6+ years) in investor relations, equity research, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field
Extensive knowledge of or interest in investor relations and adjacent functions (finance, accounting, corporate communications); able to apply that knowledge to solve complex, ambiguous problems independently
Experience or strong interest in ad tech is strongly preferred
Strong financial and analytical skills, including comfort with financial statement analysis and public-company disclosure practices
Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to distill complex financial and technical concepts into clear, polished materials for executive, Board, and investor audiences
Highly organized and process-driven, with a track record of building or improving structure in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive projects independently, from framing through delivery
Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with Finance, Legal, Communications, and senior leadership
High degree of discretion in handling confidential and material non-public information
