Senior Manager, Business Value Architecture role focused on building financial models, projecting ROI, and demonstrating value propositions to clients. Requires 3+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategy/consulting, or digital transformation, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities include client discovery, managing consulting delivery, business prioritization, market research, developing executive presentations, and supporting business development. Position is remote for U.S.-based candidates in CST or EST time zones, with a salary range of $94,000-$115,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and parental leave.
What you'll do
- Build comprehensive financial models from scratch in Excel to quantify business impact, project ROI, and demonstrate value proposition
- Partner with consulting teams to lead deliverables related to Business Value projection and transformation engagements
- Plan and facilitate client discovery through interviews, document review, surveys, and marketing data analysis
- Manage daily consulting delivery efforts including client meetings, workshops, deliverable reviews, and readouts
- Plan and manage business prioritization workshops using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Use market and competitive research to uncover trends, benchmarks, and best practices
- Facilitate work sessions and interviews to assess gaps, gather requirements, and validate recommendations
- Develop executive-level presentations and summarize findings to inform client recommendations
- Identify key data points and measurements to show impact of approach and strategy
- Support business development activities including proposal development and pursuit activities
- Collaborate with account management, creative, analytics, operations teams and partner agencies to determine feasibility and understanding of strategic plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (all majors considered, preference for Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields)
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategy/consulting, business transformation, or digital transformation
- 3+ years of experience creating financial models, analyzing data, and working with large datasets in Excel or similar tools
- Experience translating insights into relevant recommendations and presentations (PowerPoint proficiency required)
- Comfortable working within a matrixed organization with wide latitude
