The Senior HR Business Partner (Revenue) role supports and executes people strategy focused on employee experience, employee relations, retention, and operational processes. The role partners with VP-level leaders to provide consulting and coaching, develop HR solutions, manage complex employee relations issues, ensure compliance with employment laws, and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Requires 4-6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in a strategic business partner role, preferably with professional HR certification. Strong skills in coaching, employee relations, and DEIB are essential. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates located in Canada. Salary range is $100,000 to $137,500 CAD base.

Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner or similar strategic role

Proficiency in developing and executing HR initiatives that drive organizational performance
Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and experience managing complex employee relations issues
Strong coaching and consulting skills to guide and develop managers and leaders
Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders
Ability to navigate and manage within a complex and fast-paced environment
