Full job description

StackAdapt is hiring a Senior Global Benefits Lead to oversee the design and delivery of global benefits programs including health, welfare, wellness, and time off policies. The role involves consulting with business leaders and HR teams, managing benefits administration, vendor relations, data integration, audits, renewals, and open enrollment. The candidate must have 8+ years of HR experience focused on benefits, strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, project management skills, and discretion with sensitive information. The position is remote and open to candidates in the U.S. or Canada.

What you'll do

  • Provide in-house consultation to business leaders, People, and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Lead design and review of benefits programs, policies, and offerings including group benefits plans
  • Own third-party market research and participate in global benefits surveys and benchmarking
  • Prepare benefits cost modeling using Excel/Google Sheets and develop reports and recommendations
  • Manage full-cycle benefits administration including vendor management, enrollment, leave of absence, and record maintenance
  • Oversee data integration and file management workflows in HRIS and carrier systems and complete audits
  • Own benefit renewals and open enrollment process including planning, implementation, and communication
  • Improve and adapt benefits programs to align with total rewards philosophy
  • Develop and deliver educational materials and communication strategies for employee understanding
  • Support employees on benefits-related inquiries and resolve escalations with third-party providers

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on benefits plan design and administration
  • Practical application of benefits management in the U.S or in a multinational organization
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • Sound judgment, problem solving, relationship building skills
  • CEBS or CBS designation is considered an asset
